About the role

PrimeCare Solutions is seeking a motivated Assistant Team Lead for its Facilities Management team in Beirut. The role supports the Team Lead in overseeing daily operations and ensures seamless coordination between the local team and U.S.-based clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead with day‑to‑day management of facilities operations.
• Oversee task assignments, monitor progress, and guarantee smooth workflow.
• Coordinate dispatching, work orders, and service requests with U.S. clients and external vendors.
• Support training initiatives and provide guidance to team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in U.S.-based facilities management, including dispatching and work‑order handling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication with clients and vendors across time zones.
