Annual Giving Manager

About the role

The Advancement Entity / Development Office seeks an Annual Giving Manager to lead and expand the university’s annual giving program. Reporting to the Vice President for Advancement, the role operates across both Beirut and Byblos campuses, coordinating with deans, libraries, athletics, and student services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑channel annual giving strategies, including direct mail, email, digital campaigns, phonathons, and Giving Day initiatives.
• Set and monitor annual KPI targets in alignment with senior leadership.
• Oversee segmentation, personalization, and scheduling of appeals across multiple channels.
• Manage LYBUNT and SYBUNT outreach to re‑engage lapsed donors.
• Serve as primary liaison between Advancement and the university’s seven schools, libraries, graduate studies, athletics, and the Dean of Students.
• Supervise the Annual Giving Coordinator and Student Engagement Center Coordinator.

Required profile

• Proven experience in university fundraising or development.
• Strong ability to collaborate with academic and administrative units.
• Demonstrated success in increasing donor participation and retention.
