AI Lead – Enterprise AI Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and highly technical AI Lead to design, architect, and deploy enterprise‑grade AI solutions. The role bridges business objectives with deep technical execution, owning end‑to‑end AI initiatives while guiding cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership to translate business KPIs into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and ensuring clear communication.
• Mentor and lead engineering and AI talent, establishing best practices across the machine‑learning lifecycle.
• Build organizational frameworks that turn ambiguous, early‑stage environments into scalable, repeatable workflows.
• Design and develop custom Agentic AI ecosystems for operational and executive workflows.
• Implement advanced reasoning and decision‑support systems, moving solutions from data retrieval to autonomous task execution.
• Oversee predictive, generative, NLP, and LLM‑RAG model development and deployment.
• Promote AI democratization by delivering self‑service tools such as AWS Q and Amazon QuickSight.
• Establish standardized DataOps and MLOps pipelines, and define CI/CD/CT automation standards.
• Architect secure, scalable cloud applications using modern cloud ecosystems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 8 + years of professional experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or related domains, including leadership experience.
• Proven experience in startup or immature technical environments, with a track record of establishing structure and operational maturity.
