AI Developer – AI Automation & Testing

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level AI Developer to join Aspire Software’s RentWorks Plus team in Lebanon. The role sits at the intersection of quality assurance, AI automation and product engineering, building intelligent test suites and AI‑powered tools that shape the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated end‑to‑end test suites using Playwright.
• Write and maintain BDD‑style tests with Cucumber (Gherkin).
• Develop and manage N8N automation workflows for testing pipelines, support, sales and internal operations.
• Maintain an automated quality dashboard with scheduled runs, health checks and trend reporting.
• Create AI‑powered features using Claude AI, such as smart test generation, failure triage and support agents.
• Evolve the RW+ AI Customer Support Agent and integrate with HubSpot.
• Contribute to front‑end features in React and back‑end services in NestJS.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable automated solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of software engineering or QA automation experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright or similar E2E testing frameworks.
• Experience with Cucumber, Gherkin or other BDD frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, Supertest or REST Assured.
• Experience with N8N or comparable workflow automation tools.
• Experience working with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI or similar).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and test reporting tools (Allure, HTML reporters).
