Agency Leader (Insurance Sales)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Agency Leader to drive growth in our Life Insurance and Long‑Term Investment divisions. This full‑time position focuses on recruiting, coaching, and retaining high‑performing agents and unit managers while delivering strong sales results across all insurance lines.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain agents and unit managers.
• Lead and manage high‑performing sales teams within the Life Insurance division.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide hands‑on coaching, training, and regular performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, ethics, and industry regulations.
