About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Agency Development Manager to lead and grow our sales team at the Ghazir branch. The role focuses on recruiting, training, and motivating consultants while driving business results through strategic planning.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Design and execute a clear business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to foster individual and collective growth.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role, managing and developing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Residence within a commutable distance to Ghazir, Keserwan‑Jbeil Governorate, Lebanon.
