After-school Center Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic After-school Center Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our learning centre in Dbayeh, Lebanon. The role is full-time and on-site, supporting a vibrant environment for children, parents and instructors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the centre, ensuring smooth operation of programs such as Brainy Kids and Brainy Robots.
• Coordinate class schedules and manage student registrations.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with parents, learners and instructors.
• Support instructors by preparing materials, handling logistics and tracking attendance and performance records.
• Perform basic administrative duties and assist with marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Uphold a safe, inclusive and learner-centered environment.
• Report centre performance to management and collaborate on continuous improvement of processes and services.

• Excellent communication skills with parents, students and staff.

• Ability to work collaboratively with management to enhance centre operations.
