About the role

Centimes Bourgeois, a luxury bridal brand, is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant & Junior Creative Strategist to join its hybrid internship program. This role offers hands‑on experience in bridal fashion, marketing, and business operations while working flexible, short daily hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative tasks and overall office operations.
• Support marketing initiatives, including creating and scheduling social‑media content.
• Film and capture short‑form promotional videos using a phone or basic equipment.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and bridal consultations.
• Enter data, maintain organized records, and manage documentation.
• Coordinate communications with clients and internal teams.
• Package and prepare orders for delivery.
• Help schedule and engage on social‑media platforms.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Google Drive.
• Familiarity with Canva for graphic creation.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Ability to film and edit short‑form video content on a mobile device.
