About the role
We are looking for a motivated Admin & Procurement Assistant to support the smooth operation of our fashion house. The role combines office administration with purchasing duties, ensuring that supplies, materials and services are obtained efficiently while maintaining a professional work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily office tasks such as filing, preparing reports and presentations, setting up meetings and restocking office/kitchen supplies.
- Provide real‑time scheduling support, book appointments and manage reservations.
- Screen phone calls, greet visitors and route inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Purchase goods, materials and components in line with cost, quality and delivery targets for multiple departments.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and delivery dates with suppliers.
- Review and compare quotes, prepare purchase orders after senior management approval.
- Act as liaison between suppliers and internal teams, resolving pricing, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
- Maintain and update the supplier list and support cost‑reduction initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration or procurement.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proactive, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
