About the role

The Accounts Receivable Officer will join CIS Group’s finance team in Beirut, handling incoming payments, collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role ensures the smooth flow of cash and supports month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely invoice payment.
  • Follow up on overdue receivables and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger for accuracy.
  • Generate aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist with month‑end closing tasks related to receivables.
  • Review and validate new customer applications, perform credit checks, and set credit limits.
  • Maintain and update customer master data.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
  • More than 4 years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
