About the role
The Accounts Executive will support the CFO in daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and timely financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments and general ledger activities.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Support cash‑flow monitoring, MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist with tax, audit and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments on finance‑related matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
