About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting & Inventory Coordinator to manage invoicing, payments, inventory records, and customer communication, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices; record and reconcile payments.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies.
- Perform daily data entry in POS and internal systems.
- Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and by email.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate data flow.
Required profile
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in related roles (more is welcome).
Required skills
- Comfort with POS systems.
- Basic Excel usage.
