About the role
We are seeking a Payables Accountant to join our finance team and manage supplier invoices, payments and account reconciliations.
Key responsibilities
- Record supplier invoices and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Process payments and maintain up‑to‑date supplier accounts.
- Reconcile payables and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist in VAT and compliance documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in payables accounting, preferably in retail or trading.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
