Accounting and Finance Manager

About the role

MultiFi is seeking a full‑time hybrid Accounting and Finance Manager to join its Beirut office. You will oversee client money handling, daily trading finance, and corporate cash management while ensuring compliance with Lebanese and FSC regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile client deposits and withdrawals daily across multiple currencies, ensuring segregation and regulatory reporting.
• Calculate and report daily P&L for all trading instruments; reconcile revenues against spreads, commissions, swaps and rebates.
• Monitor and reconcile cash balances and positions with liquidity providers, tracking fees, rebates and invoices.
• Manage corporate and client bank accounts, monitor liquidity, and guarantee sufficient cash for operations.
• Issue outgoing invoices, process vendor and LP invoices, maintain a clean ledger and chase overdue receivables.
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements; produce weekly management reports on revenue, expenses and key KPIs.
• Support the annual audit as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Track operational expenses versus budget, manage monthly payroll for the Lebanon office including NSSF and tax deductions.
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax, NSSF) and FSC reporting requirements; submit statutory filings on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1‑3 years of finance experience, preferably in financial services or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of trading finance concepts such as P&L, swaps and client‑money regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
