Accountant / Finance Operations Executive (Remote)

About the role

Nutrili, a fast‑growing wellness brand, is seeking a meticulous Accountant / Finance Operations Executive to support its finance function. Working remotely from Riyadh, you will ensure day‑to‑day financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Log supplier and customer invoices, bills, expenses, credit notes, payments and receipts in Zoho or a similar accounting system, ensuring correct classification, VAT treatment and supporting documentation.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations across all company accounts, matching transactions to invoices, bills, marketplace settlements and flagging any discrepancies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date accounts payable and receivable records, monitor aging, support payment preparation and assist with customer payment follow‑ups.
• Organise and preserve digital records of invoices, receipts, proof of payments and other financial documents.

Required profile

• Highly accurate, disciplined and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfortable working with accounting systems, invoices, receipts, bank transactions and supporting documents.
• Proactive collaborator who will work closely with the Finance & Business Planning Manager, leadership, operations and external advisors.
• Hands‑on mindset focused on consistency, documentation and timely execution.

Required skills

• Experience with Zoho or comparable accounting software.
• Bank reconciliation expertise.
• Invoice processing and classification.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
