Account Manager – Property Management

About the role

East of the East Estate is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join its team in Amioun. You will be the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and partners, ensuring smooth communication and high‑quality service throughout the property lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with property owners, tenants, and external partners.
• Respond to client inquiries, prepare and review contracts, and maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule maintenance, resolve issues, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Monitor account performance, identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, and support business development through referrals and upselling.
• Visit properties on‑site as needed to address client needs and support operational activities.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management experience, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, including record‑keeping and basic financial tracking.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amioun, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
