About the role
The Account Manager will build long‑term, trusted relationships with merchants and partners across North Lebanon. You will actively generate new sales opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for payment processing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales activities to exceed revenue forecasts.
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, handling change requests, queries, and contract renewals.
- Conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews with merchants to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on solution implementation and technical support.
- Attend industry events, perform competitor analysis, and provide market insights.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales and account status reports to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales of credit‑card products, or similar roles within e‑commerce or FinTech.
- Proven experience selling to key decision‑makers and managing merchant relationships.
- Professional proficiency in the local language and English.
