3D Artist & Interior Architect (Residential & Commercial)

About the role

Ohana Development is seeking a talented 3D Artist and Interior Architect to produce high‑quality 3D models and realistic visualisations for luxury residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects. You will work closely with the design team to turn concepts, drawings and references into compelling architectural visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models of interior and exterior spaces using 3ds Max.
• Produce photorealistic renderings with Corona Renderer or V‑Ray.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure visual accuracy and design intent.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Maintain a portfolio of completed visualisation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural visualisation and 3D modelling.
• Expert‑level proficiency with 3ds Max and strong 3D modelling skills.
• Solid understanding of architectural details, materials, textures, lighting and spatial design.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality work on schedule.
