Web & Applications Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Web and Applications Development Manager to lead our web and software projects in Jounieh/Harissa. You will coordinate a team of developers, define project scope, and ensure high‑quality delivery across multiple technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day activities of web and application developers.
• Define project scope, gather business and technical requirements, and draft proposals.
• Plan project life‑cycle, allocate resources, and prepare installation specifications.
• Monitor progress, track action items, conduct design reviews, and resolve issues.
• Develop and execute test plans, maintain technical documentation, and ensure solution quality.
• Train, coach, and schedule team members while driving process improvements.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost‑saving actions.
• Prioritize backlogs, create requirement documents, flowcharts, UML diagrams, and code comments.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in planning, prioritizing, and delivering web projects.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
