Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the administration and daily operations of our warehouse. The role ensures a safe, organized, and productive environment while leading a team to meet service and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse administration and operations, ensuring compliance with policies and customer satisfaction.
• Manage product organization, extract sales orders from the WMS, and coordinate replenishments.
• Handle damaged goods, process insurance claims, and maintain quality assurance.
• Control incoming shipments, verify order accuracy, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Conduct annual inventory counts in collaboration with the Inventory Control Unit and manage returns.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team, delegate tasks, and oversee performance appraisals.
• Develop team expertise through training and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
