Visa Consultant

About the role

Elite World Explorer is seeking a dedicated Visa Consultant to join its Beirut office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will assist clients in navigating visa procedures for leisure and corporate travel, ensuring a smooth and compliant journey from application to approval.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client travel plans and determine the appropriate visa requirements for destinations such as the UK, Canada, Schengen area and others.
• Prepare, review and submit complete visa documentation through online application portals.
• Advise clients on visa options, timelines, and necessary supporting documents.
• Track application status, provide regular updates and resolve any issues that arise.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changing immigration regulations and incorporate updates into client guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of all visa files and coordinate with travel consultants to align visa processing with booked itineraries.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in visa consultancy, immigration services or related travel industry roles.
• Proven expertise in visa requirements for the UK, Canada, Schengen and other major destinations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Lebanese nationality or residency in Lebanon.
• Relevant diploma or degree in travel, business or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office software, particularly Microsoft Office.
