Virtual Staff Lawyer (Bilingual English - Arabic)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time remote Staff Lawyer/Legal Assistant to support our pre‑litigation department. The role is ideal for a bilingual English‑Arabic professional with a background in U.S. personal injury law who wants to work from home while contributing to a fast‑growing firm.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new claims and monitor coverage limits and policy details.
• Draft letters of representation, welcome letters, disengagement letters and other standard correspondence.
• Order and manage police reports, medical records, bills and Med‑Pay requests.
• Relabel file documents, maintain clean client records, and generate disbursement sheets.
• Send open records requests and non‑spoliation letters using approved templates.
• Handle a caseload under attorney supervision, including client communication and case documentation.

Required profile

• Law graduate or current law student.
• Minimum three years of experience in U.S. personal injury law or a U.S. legal firm.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic (trilingual acceptable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collect data quickly, prioritize tasks and follow established processes.
• Reliable PC or laptop with a wired internet connection and a noise‑cancelling headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
