Virtual Assistant – Remote Call Center Representative

About the role

This is a full‑time remote Virtual Assistant position with a 9‑month minimum commitment. You will work from a quiet home environment, handling inbound and outbound calls, upselling products and providing customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls courteously while upselling services.
• Achieve first‑call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
• Research systems for missing information and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Document and process customer claims accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Lead fact‑finding discussions to determine optimal solutions for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Fluent English (Spanish a plus); strong communication and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 40+ hours per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows or macOS environments.
• Ability to type at least 25 wpm.
• Use of a USB wired headset with a visible microphone.
• Reliable wired internet connection (LTE router required).
