About the role
We are looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join our team in Beirut. The role requires a strong teamwork spirit and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Communicates with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
- Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, and activities.
- Designs packages and negotiates with customers.
- Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
- Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds.
- Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
- Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
Required skills
- Amadeus booking system.
- Sabre booking system.
