Trade Marketing & Retail Partnerships Specialist

About the role

Antati, a science‑backed skincare brand, is expanding its presence in pharmacies, beauty retailers and distributors. The Trade Marketing & Retail Partnerships Specialist will act as the primary liaison between Antati and its retail partners, driving joint growth through strategic commercial planning, activations and flawless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with pharmacies, retailers and distributors, serving as the main point of contact.
• Review and evaluate retail marketing requests and decide on participation based on commercial objectives.
• Plan and maintain promotional calendars, coordinate product launches and in‑store marketing assets.
• Develop retailer‑specific campaigns in collaboration with the design team.
• Monitor retail sales performance, stock movement and competitor activity, recommending actions to improve sell‑through.
• Coordinate sampling, gift‑with‑purchase and seasonal activations while ensuring pricing aligns with Antati’s premium positioning.
• Work with distributors on inventory planning and forecast promotional demand.
• Prepare performance reports and calculate return on investment for campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with retailers, distributors or pharmacies in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty or skincare.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to negotiate and maintain relationships.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple retailer requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.

• Sales data analysis and retail KPI reporting.
• Promotional demand forecasting.
• Experience creating and evaluating trade marketing campaigns.
