About the role
The Kode is looking for a motivated Telesales Consultant to join its on‑site team in Beirut. This full‑time position focuses on engaging both potential and existing clients, promoting the company’s products and services through consultative sales conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to present service options.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored sales solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and customer‑service teams to meet targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales consulting or direct sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Ability to conduct training and share knowledge with teammates.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented, organized and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools or related software (preferred).
