About the role
Comin Insurance is a technology‑driven insurance provider that simplifies insurance through its mobile app. The company offers customers an easy way to explore products, manage policies, and access coverage. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Beirut team and support users of the app and insurance services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products, policies, and the Comin mobile app.
- Assist customers throughout the policy purchase and claims processes.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
- Follow up on pending requests to guarantee timely responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, support, call centers, or insurance is preferred.
- Strong customer‑communication skills.
