Telemarketing Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. You will conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls for globally recognized brands and fast‑growing AI companies, gaining exposure to multiple products and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects, book high‑quality sales meetings and accurately record outcomes.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, adapting quickly between industries.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without heavy reliance on scripts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other SDRs to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or above) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, patience and ability to handle frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive and willing to make several hours of cold calls daily.
• Coachable mindset, reliable and disciplined in a target‑driven environment.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM onsite at Beirut Digital District.

Required skills

• Excellent spoken English communication.
• Ability to think quickly and understand unfamiliar businesses during live conversations.
