Telemarketing Officer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fintech and telemarketing group expanding across the GCC. As part of our 2025 growth plan we are hiring Telemarketing Officers to drive outbound campaigns, qualify leads and support our financial and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects in the GCC, presenting company services and offers.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs and schedule follow‑up calls or demos.
• Support the sales pipeline by arranging meetings for senior advisors and closing smaller deals.
• Act as first point of contact via phone, chat and email, guiding clients through onboarding and account setup.
• Maintain accurate records of all client communications in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years experience in telemarketing, telesales or inside sales.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Confident handling of objections and closing conversations.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
