Technician Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee U.S.-based commercial maintenance and repair projects from the initial request through successful completion. The role requires sourcing and coordinating technicians, negotiating rates, scheduling site visits, and managing multiple active work orders in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair work orders from request to closure, including documentation and technician payment.
• Source qualified technicians and service providers across the United States for trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping and general maintenance.
• Negotiate competitive rates, confirm availability, and secure primary and backup providers.
• Prepare accurate technical quotes, scopes of work and pricing proposals for client approval.
• Coordinate procurement of parts, equipment and materials required for each project.
• Monitor job progress, costs, profitability and technician performance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure and handle multiple work orders simultaneously.
• Previous experience in operations, coordination, dispatching, customer service or similar fast‑paced roles.
• Availability for full‑time onsite work in Jdeideh, Beirut and for U.S. night shifts (approx. 4 PM‑1 AM).

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping and general maintenance trades.
• Experience researching technical repair requirements and sourcing parts.
