Technical Support Engineer – Renewable Energy (Lebanon)

About the role

We are looking for proactive Technical Support Engineers to join our new energy business in Lebanon. The role involves on‑site installation, commissioning, maintenance and after‑sales support for inverters, UPS and energy storage battery systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, inspection and daily maintenance of renewable energy equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical failures for end customers.
• Provide professional technical training and after‑sales support to local distributors and partners.
• Respond promptly to customer service tickets, track progress and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the headquarters technical team to solve complex technical and after‑sales issues.

Required profile

• Reside in Lebanon or be familiar with the local market.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related technical field.
• Prior experience in solar energy, inverter, UPS or battery energy storage is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic speaking highly preferred.
• Strong hands‑on operation capability and independent problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
