Technical Sales Specialist

About the role

The Company distributes premium European generator control and power automation systems in Lebanon. We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to lead commercial and marketing activities, build relationships with OEMs, panel builders, EPCs and end‑users, and drive revenue across our full product range.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with genset OEMs, panel builders, solar/hybrid EPCs and end‑users.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, aligning with company objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to raise brand awareness in the Lebanese market.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on product positioning and customer‑service initiatives.
• Prepare financial forecasts, quotations and proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure profitability.
• Maintain accurate sales data using CRM tools and support decision‑making.
• Complete manufacturer training and act as liaison with the OEM partner for sales campaigns and pricing support.
• Follow up on orders through delivery and commissioning, keeping precise records.
• Monitor industry trends, provide market intelligence and product feedback to management and the OEM.
• Resolve conflicts, negotiate favorable agreements and uphold ethical business practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of diesel or hybrid microgrid solutions.
• Electrical or engineering background, or extensive industry experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Lebanon.
• Advanced English and fluent Arabic; French is a plus.
