Technical Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to act as the bridge between our development and product teams. The role ensures that project goals are aligned with the company’s product vision and that high‑quality features are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and product teams to define priorities and timelines.
• Lead feature quality‑assurance activities and confirm readiness for production.
• Work closely with managers to align development objectives with strategic goals.
• Propose new product features and enhancements that improve user experience and drive revenue.
• Support executive and administrative tasks for both business and development teams.

Required profile

• Experience managing technical projects in a software development environment.
• Hands‑on experience testing product flows of a technical platform.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Proven background as a Project Administrator in a tech‑focused setting (6 months to 3 years).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple timelines.
• Familiarity with QA processes and best practices.

Required skills

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM–1:30 PM.
