Technical Co‑Founder for AI Memory Platform

About the role

Mindsets Ventures is seeking a Technical Co‑Founder to lead the development of YARA, an institutional memory layer for AI. You will own the technical vision, build the product from prototype to a scalable solution, and work closely with the venture studio team.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product development, turning the prototype into a production‑ready platform.
• Define performance metrics, testing and evaluation frameworks, and set engineering best practices.
• Hire and grow the founding engineering team as the company scales.
• Collaborate with Mindsets Ventures on product strategy, fundraising and roadmap decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and shipping production software as a full‑stack engineer.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable taking ownership in an early‑stage, resource‑constrained environment.
• Passion for solving the AI memory problem and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical ideas to varied audiences.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development (frontend, backend, infrastructure).
• AI/ML infrastructure, including data storage/retrieval for AI applications and LLM orchestration.
