Technical Analyst

About the role

Murex is seeking a Technical Analyst to provide structured technical support for its applications and ecosystems. You will work with internal and external clients, troubleshoot issues, and continuously learn cutting‑edge technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage incoming support requests from multiple departments, communicating progress regularly.
• Document support processes, releases, and troubleshooting guides in coordination with other teams.
• Take lifecycle ownership for problems and perform technical fixes through development and scripting.
• Provide daily system monitoring, production issue troubleshooting, and end‑user issue resolution.
• Support and configure production environments and coordinate with infrastructure, server, network, database, and development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or computer science from a reputable university.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience in technical domains.
• Ability to continuously learn in an evolving technology domain and work under pressure in operations and support scopes.

Required skills

• Programming: Java (plus C, C#, Python as a plus).
• Database: SQL query building and performance analysis (Sybase and Oracle administration a plus).
• Operating systems: Linux power‑user skills, Bash scripting a plus.
