Talent Management Officer

About the role

Chedid Capital Group, a leading investment group in the (re)insurance sector, is seeking a Talent Management Officer to support its Talent Management team. The role provides administrative and operational assistance for talent initiatives across performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate succession planning activities, schedule talent review sessions, prepare 9‑Box Grid templates and maintain Individual Development Plans for key roles.
• Update career pathing documentation, job leveling records and organizational charts.
• Administer the performance management cycle: coordinate appraisal timelines, track completion rates and follow up with employees and managers.
• Compile performance and engagement data for reporting and analysis.
• Support logistics for training programs, workshops and learning sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, communications and attendance tracking.
• Maintain the learning management system with training records, completion data and program content.
• Assist with employee engagement surveys and pulse checks, handling distribution, reminders and results consolidation.
• Execute onboarding activities for new hires, preparing welcome materials and managing induction schedules.
• Keep talent management records, trackers and databases up‑to‑date, ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
• Prepare routine departmental reports, presentations and communications as requested.
• Support compliance by documenting and filing records related to performance, learning and succession.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or an administrative role; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
