Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process and support onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires while maintaining accurate HR records and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and personnel files.
• Ensure HR documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Administer HR and attendance management systems, monitoring attendance, leaves, and employee data.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and probation follow‑up processes.
• Perform additional HR‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or general HR functions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
