Talent Acquisition Specialist (5‑month maternity cover)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join CXG’s Global People Team on a 5‑month fixed‑term contract, covering a maternity leave. The role is fully remote and will lead end‑to‑end recruitment across our worldwide offices while supporting global mobility and People initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global talent acquisition for EMEA, Americas, APAC and remote hires, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer preparation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, conduct first‑round interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support the ATS migration project: data transfer, workflow setup, testing, go‑live, training hiring managers and providing post‑launch support.
• Manage core People systems (Factorial, Workable, HR SharePoint, AI tools) and coordinate with external vendors.
• Lead global mobility processes, advising employees on relocations, coordinating with HRBPs and ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in an international or fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to run end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple regions and seniority levels.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and written communication skills.
• High autonomy, ownership and ability to prioritize simultaneous global searches.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience with ATS migration or implementation projects.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Factorial, Workable, HR SharePoint and AI recruitment tools.
• Data‑driven approach to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
• Knowledge of international mobility, visa and relocation compliance.
