Human Resources Manager

About the role

MORAO CAPITAL, a growing group of food & beverage businesses, is looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and develop the HR function across its hospitality portfolio. The role requires a hands‑on professional with solid F&B experience who can build structured, people‑focused practices across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for all entities.
• Oversee manpower planning, staffing structures, shift coverage and workforce allocation in coordination with outlet managers.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, operational manuals and training frameworks.
• Design, organize and conduct staff training sessions, workshops and development programs covering service standards and operational excellence.
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures and retention initiatives.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to assess staff performance, identify operational gaps and address workforce challenges.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave and payroll coordination while ensuring compliance with Lebanese labor laws.
• Establish HR reporting systems, performance KPIs and structured follow‑up mechanisms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in F&B or hospitality, preferably across multiple outlets.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, manpower planning, employee training and performance management.
• Strong understanding of Lebanese labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
