Talent Acquisition Specialist – 5‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join CXG’s Global People Team on a 5‑month fixed‑term contract covering a maternity leave. The role is fully remote and reports directly to the Chief People Officer, supporting worldwide recruitment and mobility initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for CXG offices across EMEA, Americas, APAC and remote hires.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, assessments, offer preparation and coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent‑search tools.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to evaluate competencies, experience and cultural fit.
• Support employer‑branding and recruitment‑process improvement initiatives.
• Drive the ATS migration project, including data transfer, workflow setup, testing, go‑live and user training.
• Maintain core People systems such as Factorial, Workable and HR SharePoint, and coordinate with external vendors.
• Lead global mobility processes, advising employees on relocations, departmental moves and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in an international, fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple global searches simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and process discipline.
• Experience with international mobility, visa and relocation considerations.
• Availability to start on short notice for a 5‑month contract.
