About the role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter in the Career Hub Department will guide students through their job search journey, from identifying interests to preparing for interviews and supporting employability.

Key responsibilities

• Contact students to assess job preferences, availability, and readiness.
• Match students with suitable job or internship opportunities.
• Support students in developing and editing their CVs.
• Brief students about job roles and expectations before referral.
• Schedule and conduct mock interviews to build confidence.
• Prepare students for actual interviews through coaching and tips.
• Follow up after interviews to track progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or related field.
• Experience in student support, career services, or recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
• Passion for youth development and employability.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
