About the role
The Store Manager – Jal el Dib is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beirut. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience while leading a motivated team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Lead, coach and schedule the store team to achieve sales targets.
- Implement retail loss‑prevention procedures and manage inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support promotional activities, in‑store events and collaborate with other locations and leadership.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in beauty, hair or wellness.
- Ability to lead teams, set clear targets and solve problems efficiently.
- High school diploma required; further education in business or retail management is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods.
