Staffing Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Staffing Operations Manager to own recruitment operations and drive team performance for a fast‑growing staffing business. This full‑time, remote position works across US time zones (EST‑PST) and is ideal for candidates with deep agency experience who thrive in high‑output, structured environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of recruiters, ensuring daily accountability, quality output, and professional development.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment operations, from pipeline management to placement, maintaining process integrity.
• Administer and optimize ATS workflows, guaranteeing accurate tracking, reporting, and system hygiene.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to boost efficiency.
• Support client account management by meeting service levels and resolving issues promptly.
• Track, report, and act on team KPIs, flagging risks and driving performance improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities, capacity, and hiring goals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of processes, workflows, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Mandatory staffing agency experience; candidates without this background will not be considered.
• Proven managerial or senior‑level experience overseeing recruitment staff.
• Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and their integration into daily recruiting operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities in a high‑volume environment.
• Prior remote work experience and fluency with collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar).
• Experience working with US or UK‑based companies is required.
