Sponsorship & Partnerships Executive

About the role

The Titans Race is expanding its portfolio of running events across Lebanon and is looking for a motivated Sponsorship & Partnerships Executive. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing brand partners to support our high‑energy race experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential sponsors and brand partners relevant to The Titans Race.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sponsorship opportunities.
• Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone and personal networks.
• Contact decision‑makers in marketing, partnerships, business development and management teams.
• Present and pitch sponsorship opportunities, tailoring packages to each brand’s objectives.
• Follow up consistently, managing conversations from initial contact through closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
• Maintain organized records of prospects, meetings, follow‑ups and partnership status.
• Develop long‑term relationships and identify opportunities for future collaborations.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Proactive approach to outreach and business development.
• Excellent networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, able to manage multiple leads and follow‑ups simultaneously.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, sponsorships, partnerships, marketing or events is a plus.
• Interest in sports, running, events or the fitness industry is a plus.
