Spa Receptionist – Health Club Front Desk

About the role

The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests and members at the Health Club, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to departure. This front‑desk position is the first and last impression of the spa, requiring professionalism and adherence to service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all visitors warmly, invite them to sign consultation forms, and provide assistance with lockers, towels, bathrobes, and information about services.
• Promote membership options, give facility tours, and help new members complete application forms.
• Handle all spa cashier transactions, including retail sales and daily revenue, and balance the cash register at shift end.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, manage bookings, cancellations, and liaise with therapists as needed.
• Maintain hygiene standards, achieve quality audit scores of 85% or higher, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and handover notes for the next shift.

Required profile

• Minimum one year reception experience in an international spa environment.
• Education in Business Administration, Personal Assistant, or Secretary work is advantageous.
• Excellent oral and written skills in the local language and good English proficiency.
• Competencies include client‑facing experience, business writing, stock and retail management, high customer service standards, and familiarity with telephone and booking systems.
