Sourcing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Executive to join our fully remote team. In this position you will lead the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for internal roles, ensuring high‑quality candidate selection and smooth onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls and detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Evaluate technical skills through tailored assessments and collaborate with hiring managers on final decisions.
• Draft and present compelling offers, oversee onboarding, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, track recruitment metrics, and communicate promptly with candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of recruitment experience, preferably in a high‑volume agency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with the ability to switch seamlessly between both languages.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Independent decision‑making, adaptable to changing priorities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
