Software Engineer / Developer – Java, Spring, Microservices

About the role

We are looking for motivated Software Engineers and Developers with 3‑5 years of experience to join our fast‑growing FinTech team. You will work on cutting‑edge financial technology solutions, contributing to a dynamic product portfolio while following a SMART salary scheme aligned with market standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs and micro‑service architectures.
• Integrate with relational (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Configure and manage Linux servers, Apache Tomcat, and Maven build pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and support branching strategies.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes.
• Handle certificates and key management for secure communications.
• Collaborate on front‑end features using JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, Node.js, React or Angular.
• Contribute to mobile app components for Android and/or iOS when required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong command of Java, object‑oriented design, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and micro‑services.
• Solid knowledge of at least one relational DB and one NoSQL DB.
• Familiarity with Linux, Apache Tomcat, and Maven.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, Node.js) and modern frameworks (React, Angular).
• PHP knowledge and mobile development (Android/iOS) are a plus.
