Software Development Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Software Development Manager to lead the Product Engineering team behind VeriTouch, a solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. The role blends technical leadership, people management, and hands‑on oversight of engineering processes to deliver a secure, scalable, and high‑quality product.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end engineering delivery lifecycle for VeriTouch, from requirements analysis through release and support.
• Lead a high‑performing product development team of developers, analysts, quality engineers and technical leads, ensuring effective planning and execution.
• Define and manage engineering plans, milestones, risks, and resource allocations aligned with product priorities.
• Monitor progress with work‑management tools and metrics (backlog health, defect trends, technical debt, cycle time, deployment readiness) and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices, quality processes and governance mechanisms.
• Ensure release readiness, production stability and timely resolution of critical incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software development teams delivering enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps and client stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform.
• Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and custom plugins development.
• Microsoft Customer Insights, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agents.
• Configuration‑first, low‑code/no‑code development approach.
