About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple clients across diverse industries. You will develop tailored content strategies, produce engaging multimedia, and run campaigns that align with each client’s brand identity and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand social media accounts for several clients simultaneously.
• Design customized social media strategies based on client objectives and target audiences.
• Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Produce creative posts, stories, reels, and campaigns that reflect each brand’s identity.
• Generate fresh content ideas and campaign concepts, presenting them to clients.
• Monitor trends, adapt strategies, and keep content competitive.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages as needed.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to deliver high‑quality content.
• Utilize AI tools responsibly to boost productivity, research, and campaign planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an agency or handling multiple brands.
• Strong understanding of major platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate original content ideas for various industries.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines.
• Organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize strategies.
• Responsible use of AI tools to enhance creativity while maintaining quality.
