Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Executive to support the development and execution of social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms. You will assist in planning, publishing, and monitoring content while learning to contribute to strategy and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media content plans aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create monthly content calendars and ensure all posts follow platform best practices.
• Coordinate with creative teams to gather assets and guarantee timely delivery of posts.
• Manage day‑to‑day publishing across channels, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct basic research on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to support strategy refinement.
• Monitor real‑time engagement (comments, messages, tags) and flag key insights or opportunities.
• Track performance metrics, prepare periodic reports, and provide initial observations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media execution or content management, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout.
